Our Story

My name is Eleonora Andreica. My friends and family call me “Nora.” Thank you for taking the time to check out our website. We are a family of medically trained professionals. I started out as a caregiver in my youth for family members who operated facilities. My husband and I opened our first, privately owned, care home in 1998 and never looked back. I found that this was what I was meant to do. I lost my wonderful husband in 2019, which led me to make a drastic change in my life and career. I decided to continue to work with seniors, which has meant so much to me, but in a different capacity, which led me to open ANCR. I partnered with my son, Nathan, and together, along with all of our medical experience, are here to help you through this new, and sometimes challenging, chapter in your life.
