Our Services

Our Services are FREE to you!

Call us with information about your loved ones needs, and we will give you several facility options. We will set up tours and even accompany you to them. We will provide you with facilities that meet geographical and financial preferences, and most importantly your loved ones specific care needs. We will guide you through the entire process, from the initial assessment to the move in day.

Assessment | Touring | Transitioning

Our team will start with a comprehensive assessment of your loved  one. Once we identify their individual needs and preferences, we will arrange facilities to tour that will meet your needs. We will be available to tour along side you for support if need be. After finding the facility you feel is a right fit, we will help with the transitioning from current location to new facility. We know this process can be overwhelming and emotional, so we will help you every step of the way. Lets begin this journey together!

A little about me

Eleonora Andreica

Hello! As a care provider I have over 30 years of experience working with seniors and people with disabilities. I understand what to look for in a provider and home, to help families make an informed decision for their loved one. We are a DHS certified agency. I look forward to meeting families and being their guide in this New Chapter in life.
